This month’s CoMark news has been just as exciting as the last. At the start of the month, a select few members of the team loaded up and took a trip down to Atlanta for the Southeastern Regional Conference. At this conference, directors and top reps from different campaigns across the Southeast region gather for meetings with guest speakers who share their insight into the business. These events serve as a valuable networking opportunity for individuals in the organization. Common conversation topics include office culture, money management, growth out of the training program, leadership, and much more. Our director, Connor, spoke on the training process and office culture, marking the third time he has been given the opportunity to speak at one of our conferences.
We were also able to announce Alyssa’s promotion to Assistant Director at the conference. Connor brought her on stage to recognize her accomplishment. Our team is incredibly proud of her, and we are thrilled to see her hard work pay off. She will soon be promoted to Director, at which point she will take over her own territory and manage a campaign for one of our clients. Since the day she began working with us, we have believed she was destined for success in this business. She is a strong leader, and her team is a direct reflection of that leadership. We look forward to the impact she will continue to make in this new role.
Being able to work with clients and consultants who truly appreciate their teams is such a privilege. Seeing their dedication and commitment firsthand has given everyone a greater appreciation for the work we do. One of our team’s main takeaways from the conference was the level of impact an individual can have on our business. Since returning, the team members who attended have been stepping up in major ways and taking control of their own paths. There has been a renewed spark throughout the office—new goals have been set, and we look forward to what the next chapter holds.
